I can stand in front of the finest breakfast buffet and still prefer fresh fruit with yoghurt!
All diets without fruit would take away a lot of my zest for life, they renew my energy not only through the fructose, they pulsate with their colours, their fragrance and directly make the sun rise in me!
I like them best in combination with natural yoghurt, chia and flax seeds and
and a crispy mix that I prepare in the pan.
My two daughters are not the only ones who have copied the recipe, which can be varied again and again!
SOULKLICK BOWL:
Add 1 tbsp. chia seeds and 1 tbsp. ground flax seeds and about
10 to 20 goji berries in a bowl.
Add 1 cup of almond milk or oat milk and keep stirring for the first 5 minutes so there are no lumps.
If you don't have fresh berries, add frozen raspberries and/ or blueberries now and let everything sit overnight.
The next morning add natural yogurt and on top cut fresh fruit such as banana, orange, tangerine, apple, mango, papaya, pomegranate, grapes, persimmon, kiwi, pineapple, etc., and of course berries!
Now comes the crunch factor:
Various nuts (walnuts, cashews, almonds) are chopped small with a knife and roasted in a dry pan, be sure to move the contents of the pan so that it does not burn!
A little later add grated coconut or coconut flakes to the crunchy mixture.
Just before the toasting is done, sprinkle a small spoonful of raw sugar on top.
Remove the pan from the griddle and keep moving everything around briefly so the melted sugar spreads out and it doesn't burn, then immediately transfer to a plate to cool.
Healthy protein: hemp seeds.
The superfood factor: cocoa nibs!
If the SOULKLICK BOWL is prepared and served with a lot of love and mindfulness, it tastes all the better!
I wish you a great, fruity fresh start to the day!
